Ncite Partners was founded to rethink standard recruiting models and offer a suite of solutions that are customizable to the needs of each client. Too many talent acquisition firms apply the same recruiting solutions to start-up businesses as they do to multinational companies, and this approach just does not work. 

The idea for Ncite Partners began during our Managing Partner, Corey Walker’s tenure as a corporate recruiter with a Fortune 500 company. As he listened and worked with talent acquisition firms, he heard the exact same pitch and one-size-fits-all solutions. This did not sit right with him. The recruiting industry has relied on the same recruiting processes and models for decades and he saw it was time to modernize the recruiting model and truly offer something different.  Ncite Partners was created to offer adaptable recruiting solutions that are focused on not only recruiting- but the development and retention of top talent.
