Corey Walker, Managing Partner
Corey Walker has been in the recruiting industry since 2007 working for corporate and award-winning, third party firms. His array of experience in management consulting, information technology, and energy industries has shown the need for a new style of recruiting, one that addresses the unique needs of each client. Corey has been recognized by several organizations as a top recruiting professional.
Abbey Walker, Chief Morale Officer
Abbey Walker serves as the Chief Morale Officer (CMO) for Ncite Partners. She is the spouse of Corey Walker and plays an integral role in the company. Abbey manages the back office functions for Ncite Partners and provides recruiting support to our recruiting team. Abbey also helps build morale by cheering us on after a hard day or by doing small things such as bringing the best snacks for our meetings.
Abbey is an ordained Presbyterian pastor and has served as an Associate and Senior Pastor in the OKC metro area. In her experiences as a minister and as a recruiting professional, Abbey is passionate about listening to people and helping them make the best decision for their future and well-being. She has a knack for helping people and is the true definition of a service-first leader.
Abbey graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theology Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from William Jewell College. When Abbey isn’t working, she is cooking, exploring new breweries (and old favorites!), traveling, and disconnecting from the “real world” in favor of adventures with her husband and sons.
Clair Castleberry, Recruiting Partner
Clair Castleberry, Recruiting Partner is responsible for overseeing daily recruiting initiatives and assisting in delivering operational projects and marketing efforts. With a background in advertising and previous experience in Human Resources, Clair loves any opportunity to interact with others while also helping promote business endeavors and achievements. Throughout her time as a recruiter, Clair has gained experience in a wide variety of industries.
