Clair Castleberry, a Recruiting Partner, is responsible for overseeing daily recruiting initiatives and assisting in delivering operational projects and marketing efforts. With a background in advertising and previous experience in Human Resources, Clair loves any opportunity to interact with others while also helping promote business endeavors and achievements. Throughout her time as a recruiter, Clair has gained experience in a wide variety of industries. Her passion for helping others is what motivates Clair to create a personal recruiting experience, prioritize everyone’s goals and foster meaningful relationships between clients and candidates.
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Clair grew up loving to dance, spending time at the lake and cheering on the Sooners! Throughout her years of dancing for her local studio and high school pom team, Clair developed a competitive and hardworking spirit while also learning the importance of community and teamwork.
Following in her family’s footsteps, Clair attended The University of Oklahoma and was an active member in Greek life and leadership organizations. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree and becoming an Oklahoma City resident, Clair has enjoyed exploring all that her new city has to offer, making memories with friends new and old!
