Meghan Johnson is responsible for leading Ncite Partner’s recruiting operations and plays a critical role in the company as it continues to scale. Her professional experience ranges from high-level business management, human resources management, and extensive recruiting experience in both a corporate and private setting. She brings a broad range of experience from both an operational and talent acquisition perspective as she supports Ncite Partners from a variety of angles. You can find her on the front lines working with candidate and client relations to staff available positions, or behind the scenes keeping track of business operations. She enjoys the challenges of wearing many hats and does whatever she can to ensure the success of our clients.
Meghan originally graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelors in Business Management and is now pursuing her Masters of Business Administration with Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) Additionally, she has an extensive background of education and experience in the non-profit, event planning, and performing arts sectors.
When Meghan Isn’t actively meeting company needs, she enjoys tapping into her creative side with wedding and event planning projects or choreographing, teaching, and performing for local dance studios and companies. She is married to her best friend who works in the first responder industry as a paramedic and soon-to-be firefighter. Her family is the most important thing to her and yes, that includes her two golden doodle pups, Beau and Moose. They love to spend as much time as possible together playing fetch in the backyard, going for walks, or cuddling up for a movie after a long day.
